Donation terms

These terms describe voluntary online donations made to the National Defence Foundation through the website.

The Foundation is the recipient of donations. Online payments are processed through PayNow. The Foundation does not store card details and does not act as a payment service provider.

Donations are voluntary and support the statutory activities of the Foundation, including education, civil resilience, public preparedness and security-related projects.

After submitting the donation form, the donor is redirected to the payment operator. Payment status is confirmed automatically through operator notifications.

Personal data provided in the donation process is processed only for payment handling, accounting, legal compliance and communication related to the donation.
